Fundraiser for Hazar’s treatment
For the first time we are organizing a fundraiser for medical treatment, but it is an urgent case.
Hazar Rasho is 29 years old. She has got three wonderful children and a husband in despair. This young woman has stomach cancer, but the family is in a desperate financial situation.
live in the IDP camp in Khanke, in torn tent number B-17. There are no addresses here, and there is no doctor who could ease her pain. But there is hope for her recovery. However, the treatment is very expensive – it costs 8,000 USD, or more than 30,000 PLN.

Doctors in Turkey have given her hope for recovery. Such treatment is impossible in Iraq. The family has moved heaven and earth to get some money to begin the treatment. Hazar has undergone 5 out of 8 required surgeries, but the funds necessary for their completion have run out. Hazar’s children are by their mother’s side all the time and she is unable to get out of bed and hug them.
